We make it easy to create premium-quality custom products featuring your logo, artwork, or unique design. Whether you’re creating branded merchandise, promotional products, or retail items, we’ll work with you from concept to completion.
How It Works
Your custom design is professionally printed onto high-quality grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon is then sewn onto durable nylon webbing to create collars, leashes, and accessories.
This is the same process we use for our own product line, producing crisp, vibrant designs that are both attractive and built to last.

If you’re looking for a product outside our standard line, we may be able to build a custom solution depending on materials and hardware available. Custom products are quoted individually.
Hand Strike Sample (Optional)
Before committing to a full 90-yard ribbon order, you may choose to have a hand strike of your custom ribbon produced.
A hand strike is a short sample of your design printed on the ribbon, allowing you to review the colors, artwork, and overall appearance before moving forward with full production.
The cost of a hand strike is approximately $30.
If any adjustments are needed, they can be made before the full ribbon order is placed, giving you added confidence that your finished products will look exactly as expected.
Custom Ribbon Requirements
Custom ribbon is produced in minimum quantities of 90 yards.
Once your ribbon has been printed and delivered, there are no minimum order quantities for collars, leashes, or other products. We can either:
- Store any unused ribbon for future orders, or

Ship the remaining ribbon to you upon request.
Estimated Ribbon Cost
Approximately $120, including shipping, for a 90-yard order.

Payment Schedule
There is no cost during the design process.
When you’re ready to move forward:
- The ribbon balance is due when the ribbon arrives.
- Payment for ordered products will be due before shipment.
We accept payment by credit card, check, or secure online payment through our website. When payment is due, we'll email you a secure payment link so you can complete your purchase quickly and safely.
There is absolutely no obligation while we're preparing your design or quote.
Net 30 payment terms are available upon request for qualified accounts. Approval is subject to our review, and we reserve the right to approve or decline credit terms at our sole discretion.
Production Schedule
Typical production schedule:
- Design process: Varies depending on artwork and approvals.
- Ribbon production: 1-2 weeks
- Collar and leash production: Approximately 2-3 weeks
Most projects are completed within 3-4 weeks, although more complex projects may take up to 2 months.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers every product we produce.
If a customer needs a replacement, they may return the product to you. Returned products will be credited to your account toward future custom orders.

- Product defects
