Refund policy

If your purchase isn't quite right, whether you ordered the wrong product or size, we're happy to help. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.

For exchanges, shipping charges will apply at the current variable rate for both the exchanged item and the return label. We will send you a link to pay the shipping and product coverage charges. Once the returned collar has been received, the product coverage charge will be refunded. Exchanges are available only to the original purchaser of the product.

To help us manage inventory and provide timely service, each order is eligible for one exchange transaction, though multiple items from the same order may be included in that exchange. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges permitted per customer at our sole discretion.
